Pro-Active Services

As highly-experienced teachers and trainers, we work with officers, managers and association members to enhance communication and negotiation skills. For associations choosing to establish their own internal procedures for handling disagreements, we offer state-of-the-art expertise to help create custom-designed systems. We will also help to identify additional resources and experts if needed.

Meeting Facilitation

For important transitions in the life of an association, our facilitation services free up board members to fully participate in important, perhaps controversial, meetings. As impartial outsiders, we help all participants generate, share and clarify ideas, prioritize concerns, discuss and debate, and ultimately achieve sound community decisions.

Mediation

As professional mediators, we help members, association officers and managers resolve disagreements in a manner which maximizes opportunities for mutual understanding, win-win solutions, and maintaining relationships.
